Regional Identity Under Soviet Rule: The Case of the Baltic States
1990
470 lk
Sisukord:Regional identity under Soviet rule is a topic requiring an interdisciplinary approach. Focussing on the Baltic states, forty-two scholars from eight countries discussed the subject at the University of Kiel during three days in June 1987. Most of the papers presented at this meeting are collected in this volume. The Baltic states were selected as a case study because more data are available on them than on other regions of the Soviet Union.
